What sets my training apart from the others? What benefit will that have for you?

Governance and education are my areas of interest and what I specialise in. My focus is developing and providing quality, relevant, and affordable governance training and advice for the not for profit, for purpose, Iwi/Māori, and local government sectors in New Zealand and Australia. My goal is to build up governance knowledge and leadership.

Training is delivered in a way that maximises a clients time and skills. This is done by focusing on the clients needs first, providing quality on-going one on one advice and mentoring from the first session, and course content is delivered in a flexible way which doesn’t distract from learning. There needs to be a good combination of in-person and online learning to make a difference.

Quality support and mentoring is key to developing clients into strong and capable governance leaders, members, and staff, with the knowledge and skills to back it up.

Post-training support is important and options for this is provided.
