I work with adults that want to find sustainable ways to improve their health and fitness in the gym, workplace, or community.
Effective exercise does not have to have you sweat like you are in the tropics or exhausted like you have just run a marathon. I aim to create enjoyable and achievable fitness for my clients.
The sessions we create together aim to be achievable, while still being delivered in a relaxed and comfortable way. They also factor in your interests, preferences, and other commitments. Ongoing planning, support, training, and coaching is provided to make lasting positive changes.
I specialise in the following areas:
- Training those beginning or restarting in the gym or general exercise
- Fitness for men and women aged 40 plus years incorporating complex conditions, strengthening, mobility, and stability
- Group or individual High Intensity Interval Training
- Weight loss management coaching.
I know the struggles that come with making changes in this area and want to help others do the same.
I was very overweight from an unhealthy lifestyle for many years. I got to 125 kg at my heaviest weight. My lifestyle had to change. I now sit around a healthy 94kg. I am a trained and registered personal trainer and weight management/health coach, play tennis and badminton, work on sports diplomacy programmes, and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
Meeting You Where You Are
City or Simplicity Fitness
Premium members can be trained at Simplicity Fitness Studios, the fitness studios provided to Premium members of City Fitness.
Blackcard and Basic members can be at trained at any City Fitness club.
Workplaces
Life is busy for many people and health and fitness can take a back seat, as the demands of life stack up quickly. This does have an impact on a persons physical and mental wellbeing. I can come to your workplace to meet you where you are, and provide an opportunity to improve your health, fitness, and wellbeing at your convenience. I can work with your workplace on developing the best training option that works for you and your team.
Community venues
Community sessions take place at locations convenient for the group taking part. I work with all groups on a plan that works for you. Whether you are a social group wanting to improve your health and fitness in a relaxing or fun environment or living in a lifestyle village/complex and want to improve or maintain your mobility and movement – I have you covered.
